Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Recently completed or pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field

 * Basic knowledge of website platforms (WordPress or similar)

 * Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 applications
 * Strong organizational and communication skills
 * Ability to manage time effectively across two organizations

## Description

Digital Marketing & Website Management

 * Maintain and update website content, including product information, news, and application materials
 * Assist with development of digital content (images, posts, and website updates)
 * Support search engine optimization (SEO) and website performance tracking
 * Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all digital channels
 * Support marketing initiatives tied to product launches, trade shows, and customer outreach

Social Media & Content Support

 * Manage and schedule posts across company social media platforms
 * Assist in creating basic marketing content and visuals
 * Monitor engagement and provide reporting on social media performance
 * Coordinate with internal teams to highlight company activities and achievements

IT Support & Systems Assistance

 * Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and user issues
 * Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications and general system usage
 * Maintain IT documentation and assist with asset tracking
 * Escalate complex technical issues to IT leadership as needed
