## Description

St. Therese Catholic School of Deephaven is seeking a highly organized, welcoming, and detail-oriented School Office and Database Manager to serve as the hub of our school community. This role supports the Principal, staff, students, and families while overseeing daily office operations and communications. This is an 11-month (August - June), 40 hour/week position., * Manage day-to-day school office operations and maintain a warm, professional front office environment

 * Provide administrative and secretarial support to school and parish staff
 * Coordinate volunteer receptionists and substitute teachers
 * Handle school communications, including newsletters, emails, directories, and social media support
 * Manage databases and systems (TADS/TADS Educate, Salesforce and ParishSoft)
 * Process bills, track office cash flow, and order supplies
 * Prepare required reports for school, district, and Archdiocesan partners
 * Arrange transportation for field trips and coordinate mailings
 * Maintain confidentiality and support the Principal
 * Provide basic care to sick or injured students when needed (training provided)

St. Therese is a large and established parish with solid liturgical life, established faith formation programs, a beautiful school, consecrated sisters, many volunteers, a vibrant music ministry, many volunteers and service projects and a wonderful location to be of service to Christ.
