This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, manage complex systems, and deliver exceptional technical support across diverse environments. Your expertise will drive efficiency, security, and innovation within our organization, empowering teams to achieve their goals with confidence., The selected vendor is expected to provide on and off site IT and operational support to the Transportation Council, which has up to fourteen (14) full time staff. The selected vendor will deliver 24/7 monitoring, preventative maintenance, "help desk" (or similar) support, cybersecurity, strategic IT consulting, infrastructure management, and day to day operational support.
