## Description

The Membership Implementation Specialist supports the Membership program through a variety of administrative and customer service functions. Responsibilities include managing membership records, processing payments, preparing membership materials, maintaining databases, generating reports, and providing exceptional service to members and visitors., * Maintain and update membership databases with accuracy and timeliness

 * Process membership payments and renewals
 * Prepare and mail membership cards
 * Organize, file, scan, and maintain membership records
 * Answer phones, greet visitors, assist customers, and process payments
 * Support accurate financial transaction handling and reporting
 * Provide membership activity reports to leadership
