Key Responsibilities

 * Maintain, update, and organize patient medical records in electronic and paper-based systems.
 * Review health records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
 * Scan, index, and upload medical documents into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
 * Process requests for medical record retrieval and release while ensuring proper authorization and confidentiality.
 * Monitor and resolve documentation deficiencies to ensure complete patient records.
 * Perform data quality checks and assist with record audits.
 * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations.
