The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing WordPress solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams., * Strong experience with WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg (React), WP-CLI, hooks, and REST APIs. * Proficiency in PHP 7/8, OOP concepts, Composer, and modern backend development. * Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React. * Experience with MySQL optimization, Redis/Memcached, CDN integration, and performance tuning. * Strong understanding of WordPress security best practices. * Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have * Experience with Headless WordPress (Next.js, Gatsby, React). * Familiarity with enterprise hosting platforms such as WordPress VIP, Pantheon, or WP Engine. * Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience with Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse optimization, and performance audits. * Exposure to CRM, analytics, marketing automation, or third-party integrations.
