## About the Role

Do you have experience in Managing projects?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.

 * Experience managing business social media accounts (1-2 years preferred).
 * Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software preferred.
 * Strong photography and video editing skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Creative, organized, and detail oriented.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff.
 * Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Skills & Experience

 * Social Media Management: 1-2 years (Preferred)
 * Content Creation and Graphic Design (Preferred)
 * Photography and Video Editing (Preferred)
 * Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Canva (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to move throughout the school to capture photos and videos.
 * Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. for marketing materials and event setup.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines., Associate's Degree (Preferred)

## Description

* Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
 * Capture high-quality photos and videos of classroom activities, special events, and learning experiences while following school privacy policies.
 * Develop weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
 * Write creative captions that highlight our curriculum, Montessori environment, and children's learning experiences.
 * Design flyers, graphics, newsletters, and promotional materials for school events and enrollment.
 * Promote school programs, open houses, field trips, family events, and community partnerships.
 * Monitor social media accounts by responding professionally to comments and messages as directed.
 * Maintain consistent school branding across all digital platforms.
 * Work closely with the Director and teaching staff to gather classroom updates and success stories.
 * Assist with website updates and other marketing initiatives as needed.
 * Attend family events, program activities, and staff meetings when requested.
 * Maintain confidentiality and follow all school policies regarding children's photos and information.
