## About the Role

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing skills with UX principles, content strategy, SEO knowledge, accessibility standards, and experience working in fast-paced Agile environments., * Minimum 2 years of experience in:

 * UX Writing
 * Content Design
 * Digital Content Strategy
 * Strong understanding of:
 * Human-Centered Design
 * UX Writing principles
 * Content Design
 * Omnichannel content strategy
 * Accessibility (WCAG)
 * Experience using AP Style and other editorial/style guides.
 * Proven ability to collaborate with UX designers, product teams, and subject matter experts.
 * Excellent written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Technical Skills

 * Figma
 * SEMrush
 * Microsoft Word, * UX Writing or Content Design certification (UX Writing preferred over UX Design or UX Research)
 * Experience using design systems
 * Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
 * Intermediate proficiency with Figma
 * Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries
 * Experience supporting enterprise digital products

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio showcasing UX Writing and/or Content Design work is required for consideration.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced UX Writer / Content Designer to create clear, user-centered digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, email, SMS, and push notifications. This role partners closely with product, design, and business teams to transform complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging content that enhances the customer experience and supports business objectives., * Create user-centered content for:

 * Websites
 * Mobile applications
 * Email communications
 * SMS/Text messaging
 * Push notifications
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, concise customer-facing content.
 * Develop content strategies that improve usability, engagement, and overall customer experience.
 * Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
 * Ensure content aligns with brand voice, editorial standards, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and style guides.
 * Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into digital content.
 * Create and maintain content using design systems and content management systems.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with turnaround times ranging from 1-7 days based on complexity.
