## Description

Gehring LP is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Support professional to provide day-to-day administrative assistance across several departments within our manufacturing operation. This position plays an important role in supporting Purchasing, Accounting, Aftermarket, and other internal teams by ensuring administrative processes run efficiently., * Provide administrative support to the Purchasing department and other internal teams.

 * Assist with the creation, processing, and maintenance of purchase orders.
 * Prepare and distribute pick tickets and related documentation.
 * Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within company systems.
 * Support Purchasing, Accounting, Aftermarket, and additional departments as business needs require.
 * Maintain electronic and paper records with a high level of accuracy.
 * Communicate professionally with internal departments and external vendors.
 * Assist with reporting, document preparation, and general office administration.
 * Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence.
 * Help ensure administrative workflows are completed accurately and on schedule.
 * Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
