## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, * Proven experience in control systems integration.

 * Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming.
 * Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
 * High-level competency in system troubleshooting and validation.
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to travel, average 10-15% typical, but dependent on specific projects.
 * Ability to work in the field on job sites doing control system start-ups or trouble shooting, * Minimum of 7 years of experience in control system integration
 * Proven ability to execute and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision
 * Strong understanding of physical equipment systems, including pumps, valves, and instrumentation, and how they operate as an integrated solution
 * Deep expertise in PLCs and control system interfaces (HMI/SCADA)
 * Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical thinking
 * Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with Water/Wastewater systems and/or food processing
 * Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or closely related field

 * Design and implement system architectures ensuring compatibility, scalability, and performance.
 * Develop and program advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
 * Apply strong knowledge of physical and automated systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and control functionality.
 * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues, perform I/O testing, and validate overall system performance with a high degree of accuracy.
 * Operate independently with minimal supervision while actively contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
 * Act as the primary technical point of contact for all system integration activities and deliverables.
