## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in macOS support?, * 3+ years in a Mac-focused MSP or IT support role

 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience
 * Google Workspace administration
 * MDM proficiency - Mosyle strongly preferred, Jamf accepted
 * RMM platform experience
 * Business networking fundamentals (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, VPN, Wi-Fi)
 * HIPAA awareness a genuine plus - several clients are in healthcare
 * Excellent communication - clients should feel calm after talking to you
 * Self-directed and accountable - you don't need someone looking over your shoulder
 * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required

Preferred

 * Apple certifications (ACMT, ACSP)
 * Experience working within or alongside a small MSP
 * Comfort being the primary client contact for day-to-day issues

## Description

* Help desk management - triage, respond to, and resolve client tickets; be the first line of support
 * Evening on-call coverage - available for after-hours issues and scheduled maintenance windows
 * After-hours update management - run macOS, Microsoft, and application updates on client systems during off-peak windows
 * Microsoft 365 deployments and administration - Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender
 * Google Workspace administration - setup, user management, security, DNS
 * Apple device management - MDM deployments via Mosyle, Intune
 * Ongoing client support - be a trusted, consistent face for existing MacShaman clients
 * RMM - monitoring, alerting, scripting, remote support, threat protection
 * Network support - Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti; VPN and Wi-Fi
 * Documentation - maintain clean, up-to-date documentation per client
