## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * At least 6 months of experience in an IT Administrator or similar role

 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel), with at least 1 year of professional experience using these applications
 * Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and operating systems, including at least 1 year of professional experience
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including basic support for Windows devices and common system issues,
 * High attention to detail and accuracy
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
 * Reliable transportation
 * Ability to maintain consistent and dedicated working hours onsite
 * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
 * Ability to work at a computer for extended periods

## Description

* Assist in new user onboarding, transfers, and terminations (accounts, access, and equipment)
 * Configure, assign, manage, and troubleshoot company devices and equipment
 * Support and maintain business systems, applications, and processes; recommend improvements when applicable
 * Manage and maintain timely resolution of help desk ticket requests
 * Administer Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts and access
 * Manage CRM users, permissions, and system access
 * Manage user roles and permissions across company programs and platforms
 * Help maintain data security, access control, and data accuracy
 * Maintain and track IT equipment inventory and asset records
 * Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training as needed
