## About the Role

Do you have experience in VPN management?, * 3-6 years of hands-on security or security-adjacent IT experience.

 * Proven M365 and Entra ID security experience (Conditional Access, PIM, DLP, MFA).
 * End-to-end EDR/XDR and SIEM ownership - CrowdStrike or comparable platform required.
 * NGFW and VPN configuration experience; Palo Alto preferred, PCNSE a plus.
 * Familiarity with NIST CSF, Zero Trust, and financial institution security requirements.
 * Strong communicator who can translate technical risk for a non-technical audience.

## Description

We're hiring a hands-on Security Administrator to be our dedicated security expert. You'll own security across our M365 environment, network perimeter, and endpoints - working directly alongside a close-knit IT team rather than inside a siloed security function., * Configure and manage next-generation firewalls, VPNs, and network perimeter controls.

 * Run XDR and SIEM platforms end-to-end - from deployment to analytic rule authoring and alert tuning.
 * Lead incident response across the full lifecycle and communicate risk clearly to non-technical leadership.
