This leadership role drives the organization's technology strategy, modernizes business processes, and oversees daily IT operations. You will lead a talented IT team to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative financial technology solutions that support our mission and growth., * Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Senior and Chief Leadership Teams to design and execute short- and long-term technology strategies that support the credit union's mission. * Annual Planning: Formulate and deploy an annual IT roadmap aligned with evolving business goals, industry benchmarks, and technical best practices. * Business Integration: Coordinate directly with diverse business units to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy effective IT solutions that streamline workflows. * Innovation & Growth: Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors, and service providers to continuously enhance the credit union's technical capabilities and market competitiveness. Departmental & Team Oversight * Multi-Department Management: Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction for Infrastructure, Business Applications, the Support Desk, Enterprise Solutions & Analysis, and Core Processing. * Talent Development: Supervise, mentor, and empower the IT leadership team to foster a high-performance culture rooted in innovation and continuous improvement.
