## About the Role

Do you have experience in Programming languages?, We are looking for a Korean-Speaking Junior Software Engineer who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and using AI to build practical solutions., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

 * Basic programming experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable working with data, logs, and technical systems
 * Interest in AI, automation, and software development
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills
 * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred

 * Experience with APIs, databases, Linux, or cloud platforms
 * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
 * Interest in connected devices, software platforms, or technology operations, Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous industry experience is not required. If you enjoy figuring things out, learning quickly, and using AI and technology to solve real-world problems, we'd love to hear from you.

## Description

This role combines operations, software engineering, data analysis, and AI-driven automation. You will work closely with engineers and product teams to investigate issues, improve processes, and build tools that make systems and teams more efficient., * Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis

 * Analyze logs, system data, and performance metrics
 * Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve team productivity
 * Develop scripts, tools, and automations to support operations
 * Work with engineering teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
 * Improve monitoring, reporting, and operational processes
 * Continuously identify opportunities to make systems and workflows more reliable and efficient
 * Korean language skills
