## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, * 2+ years of IT support experience

 * Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
 * Understanding of DHCP, DNS, networking basics, and business environments
 * Experience working with servers
 * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
 * Professional communication skills
 * Valid driver's license

 * MSP experience
 * NinjaOne experience
 * Aruba Instant On experience
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * Structured cabling experience
 * Firewall or switch configuration experience

## Description

We are looking for a dependable Level 2 technician who enjoys troubleshooting real-world infrastructure issues and working directly with business clients.

This is not an entry-level helpdesk position.

Responsibilities

 * Troubleshoot and repair Windows desktops and laptops
 * Support Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
 * Assist with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
 * Deploy and support systems using NinjaOne RMM
 * Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment
 * Work with switches, wireless systems, and firewalls
 * Install and terminate occasional Cat6 network cabling
 * Provide both remote and on-site support for business clients
 * Document work clearly in the ticketing system
