General Factors:

 * Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.

 * Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
 * Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.

Clearance: TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years or ability to pass a CI Poly)

## Description

* Configure and maintain DARTS workflows, templates, and routing procedures that support intelligence production and dissemination requirements.
 * Design and implement DARTS workflows that streamlines intelligence product development, coordination, and dissemination processes.
 * Establish routing procedures and approval chains that ensure appropriate review and clearance of intelligence materials.
 * Utilize DARTS capabilities to track intelligence requirements, manage tasking processes, and monitor collection and analytical efforts.
 * Coordinate requirement prioritization and resource allocation across production elements. Implement tracking mechanisms that provide visibility into requirement satisfaction and identify gaps requiring attention.
 * Utilize DARTS collaboration features to support cross-organizational intelligence production efforts and information sharing.
 * Designs, implements, and operates data management systems for intelligence needs.
 * Designs how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems.
 * Works with data users to determine, create, and populate optimal data architectures, structures, and systems. Plans, designs, and optimizes data throughput and query performance.
 * Participates in the selection ofbackend database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL, HPC, etc.), their configuration and utilization, and the optimization of the full data pipeline infrastructure to support the actual content, volume, ETL, and periodicity of data to support the intended kinds of queries and analysis to match expected responsiveness.
