Do you have experience in Project leadership?, * 5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

 * Advanced proficiency with Power BI
 * Experience building operational and financial reporting for business stakeholders
 * Ability to independently manage projects and communicate effectively with executive leadership
 * Manufacturing and ERP reporting experience preferred
 * Experience modernizing or replacing legacy reporting environments
 * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT

## Description

* Design and develop operational and financial dashboards using Power BI
 * Create reusable data models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting architecture
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
 * Partner with leadership to gather reporting requirements and deliver business intelligence solutions
 * Enhance reporting processes using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude where appropriate
