## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, such as:

 * Business Analytics

 * Information Systems

 * Data Science

 * Finance

 * Engineering

 * Business Administration

 * Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

 * Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Analytics) are a plus, but not required.

 * Experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role is preferred.

Qualifications

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or strong ability to learn quickly).

 * Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation, development, and data modeling.

 * Understanding of SQL databases, particularly how enterprise systems are fed from SQL sources.

 * Strong proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis.

 * Ability to connect data to business decisions and explain insights clearly to stakeholders.

 * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
