## About the Role

* Minimum 4+ years of experience with installation and configuration of rack mounted computer hardware
 * Experience with basic networking hardware installation and configuration
 * Experience with OS software: Windows Server, Linux, and VMware a plus
 * Ability to lift 50lbs.
 * Ability to climb ladders and pull/install cable
 * Desire to train and learn HPE NonStop System concepts and technologies
 * Demonstrated strong interpersonal and telephone skills

## Description

* Break / Fix requests: replacement of disk drives, memory, power supplies, i/o cards, and assist with troubleshooting issues, etc…
 * Hardware Health Checks
 * Network Install and Configuration
 * System hardware configuration changes
 * New System Installation: Physical racking and un-racking, power connections, disks, i/o, etc…
 * System backups
 * Provide weekly status reports
