## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments or Cloud infrastructure.
 * Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
 * Experience designing enterprise architecture for identity, collaboration, messaging, security, and AI-enabled Microsoft solutions.
 * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, governance, compliance, identity management, and security best practices.
 * Experience creating architectural standards, roadmaps, and enterprise technology strategies.
 * Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

 * Microsoft certifications including Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.

## Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Architect to define our client's enterprise architecture and long-term strategy for the Microsoft 365 platform. This role will lead the design, governance, and evolution of Microsoft technologies across the organization; ensuring secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions. Working closely with IT Leadership and technical teams, the architect will drive platform modernization, Microsoft Copilot adoption, and future technology initiatives while serving as the highest-level technical resource for Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities

 * Define and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Microsoft 365 platform.
 * Establish governance, standards, and best practices across Microsoft 365 services.
 * Design solutions across Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
 * Lead Microsoft Copilot and AI initiatives with a focus on security, compliance, and data governance.
 * Evaluate integrations and new technologies to ensure alignment with architectural and business objectives.
 * Provide technical leadership for complex enterprise projects, platform upgrades, and migrations.
 * Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable, secure Microsoft 365 solutions.
 * Mentor technical staff, maintain architecture documentation, and communicate technology strategy to Leadership.
 * Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, automation, and user experience.
