This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong foundation in dataflow design and a passion for operational excellence. * You'll play a critical function in enabling high-quality, scalable reporting and data capabilities for BizOps initiatives and workforce planning projects. You'll work closely with enterprise tech partners to move resource planning and reporting capabilities into system-based solutions. You'll also support the design of data flows and spreadsheets that serve as interim solutions while longer-term systems are implemented.
