## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with progressive leadership experience
 * Strong background in application development and secure API design
 * Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and JWT authentication
 * Expertise with enterprise IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ForgeRock, or SailPoint
 * Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices
 * Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
 * Experience leading engineering or IAM development teams
 * Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
 * Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
 * Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
 * Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture
 * Programming experience with Java, C#, Python, or Node.js
 * CISSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications
 * Experience in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
