## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis.
 * Experience developing requirements documentation and impact assessments.
 * Experience supporting enterprise systems with multiple integrations.
 * Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in federal or regulated IT environments.
 * Experience supporting structured change management processes.
 * Familiarity with enterprise ALM tools.
 * Experience with workflow-based or document-driven systems.

## Description

The Systems Analyst II supports requirements development, system analysis, impact assessment, documentation, and integration coordination for a mission-critical enterprise system operating in a regulated federal environment.

This role ensures that system enhancements and changes are properly defined, traceable, and aligned with operational and technical requirements across multiple system interfaces and workflows., * Identify business process improvement opportunities and recommend system changes.

 * Conduct needs assessments, feasibility analysis, and impact analysis for adaptive maintenance requests.
 * Develop and document SMART requirements for approved change requests.
 * Develop test scripts associated with requirements and change requests.
 * Support updating system documentation (SRS, SAD, BIA, CP, user guides, and related materials).
 * Support coordination of system change requirements and interface impacts.
 * Support transition-related activities including knowledge transfer and migration planning.
 * Assist in tracking system dependencies, risks, issues, and schedules.
 * Support coordination of testing activities and validation of system changes.
 * Contribute to lifecycle documentation updates associated with system changes.
