We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Lead - Mainframe with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies and production support. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing application support, maintenance activities, and leading technical teams in a production environment., Mainframe, * Strong experience in Mainframe production environments

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

## Description

* Handle application support and maintenance activities for critical production systems
 * Monitor, analyze, assign, and resolve production incidents
 * Perform batch monitoring and troubleshoot issues
 * Manage defect tracking, resolution, and coordination with stakeholders
 * Provide support for production deployments and releases
 * Collaborate with business, IT, offshore, and near shore teams
 * Prepare support metrics, reports, and status updates
 * Participate in shift support and weekend production activities as needed
