## About the Role

Do you have experience in Test Planning (Quality assurance practices)?, * Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural or BioSystems Machinery Engineering, or related engineering discipline from a four-year college or university.

 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Proficient with PRO-E, SolidWorks, CREO or similar programs as well as FEA software, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 * Working knowledge of farming practices and equipment
 * Understanding of manufacturing methods and processes
 * Hydraulic and electronic integration skills a plus

## Description

* Design tillage equipment and related electronic components
 * Create detailed drawings, bill of materials, test plans, etc.
 * Utilize analysis software, evaluate field testing and recommend design modifications to optimize product designs
 * Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, and supply management to ensure product is fabricated, welded and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design
 * Produce and/or evaluate design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications
 * Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed safety and protective equipment.
 * Other duties may be assigned that require additional qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.
