The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT equipment and systems. This person will also be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring the ongoing system services., * Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cabling.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, utilizing diagnostic and tracking tools as needed.
 * Provide expert technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
 * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of various systems.
 * Support the implementation and maintenance of phone systems ensuring communication infrastructure stability.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend vendor selection and equipment selection.
 * Design and execute backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans for the IT systems and telecommunications services.
