* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business risks.
 * Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
 * Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting frameworks.
 * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
 * Lead data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
 * Support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
 * Create executive-level presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations.
 * Collaborate with data engineering, IT, finance, operations, and business teams.
 * Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and reporting.
 * Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
