The Oracle HCM Security Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, administration, and governance of security within Oracle Fusion HCM. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM security architecture, ensuring appropriate access controls, compliance with internal policies, and protection of sensitive employee data. The analyst will partner with HR, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and compliant security solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud. * 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least 3 years focused on Oracle HCM Security. * Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learn and Compensation. * Strong expertise in: + Oracle HCM Security Console + Security Profiles + Data Roles + Job, Duty, and Abstract Roles + Areas of Responsibility (AOR) + Person and Workforce Security + RBAC and SoD principles * Experience supporting Oracle quarterly releases, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. * Working knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher security models, including report access controls, duty roles, catalog permissions, and data security considerations.
