Must be able to train on days before moving to night shift. Preferred: * Previous experience working in a food manufacturing facility is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: * Physically able to work outside, climb ladders and lift 100 lbs., tolerate dust and high or low temperature. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly * Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and kneeling * Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or scaffolding * Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating tools and machinery * Tolerance for noisy, dusty, or hot/cold environments * Ability to wear required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and respirators * Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to identify mechanical or safety issues * Stamina to work 12-hour shifts or rotating schedules as needed This position is contingent upon successfully passing Grain Craft's background screening, drug-screening and physical (if applicable). Grain Craft maintains that we are a drug-free company on all levels. ## Description The primary function of this position is to ensure the integrity and safety of food products throughout the manufacturing process utilizing various standards and established testing methods, operating procedures, and adherence to protocols and policies. A critical goal of this function position is to support and assist the Quality Assurance (QA) Department and Management Team in all aspects to drive the continuous improvement of quality. Provide technical support with an emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality improvement and productivity requirements., * This position involves a combination of visually monitoring various aspects of plant operations, or physically obtaining samples and testing in the Q.A.
