## Description

SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Standard and Evaluations Support to support an opportunity at Whiteman AFB, MO., The Stan/Eval Support manages squadron and group-level standardization and evaluation programs. This role ensures compliance with Air Force evaluation requirements, training, and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) systems., * Maintain accountability of testing materials and update databases (PEX, ARMS).

 * Track and notify aircrew of evaluations, overdue items, and FCIF updates.
 * Review and update aircrew records, gradebooks, and evaluation documentation.
 * Manage EFB program, including inventory, updates, and user training.
 * Generate reports (AF Forms 8, 942, 1035) and assist in evaluation trend analysis.
