Medicaid program experience or work with state-based healthcare contracts (Highly Preferred) Experience translating regulatory or contractual changes into operational workflows Familiarity with Smartsheet and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) Preferred Certifications PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) ## Description Liberty Dental Plan is hiring-drive seamless client onboarding and operational success as our Implementation Project Manager to join our growing national teams! The Implementation Project Manager leads client-facing initiatives, including new client implementations, expansions, and complex renewals. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful onboarding and operational readiness. Please note: This is a business-facing, client implementation role focused on operations and onboarding-not a technical or IT project management position.
