## Description

organisationalWe are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives supporting large-scale business transformation programs. This role will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership coaching, and adoption strategies across global teams.

Responsibilities

 * Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise transformation projects.
 * Assess organizational impacts and stakeholder readiness.
 * Create communication, training, and engagement plans.
 * Partner with business leaders and executives to drive adoption.
 * Coach leadership teams on change management best practices.
 * Manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
 * Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful implementation., * Have you directly coached VP-level, Executive, or C-Suite stakeholders during transformation initiatives?
