Do you have experience in Telephone systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures.

 * Good customer service skills
 * Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
 * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
 * Maintain clean work areas
 * Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems professionally.
 * Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles a plus

## Description

We are seeking a part time team member in a well established small business in the skilled trades field to answer a 2 line phone system, schedule service appointments, type service invoices and assist in daily office operations. This position would be 1 1/2 -2 full days, with the possibility of extra hours from time to time. No nights or holidays. Occasionally there is a half day Saturday available, but Saturday hours are approx every 4th to 5th Saturday. No Sundays., * Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service.

 * Manage front desk duties, including preparing paperwork , handling mail, processing paperwork and payments & maintaining a tidy reception area.
 * Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
 * Assist with office management duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
 * Support calendar management and scheduling for staff & keep appointment board up to date
 * Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.
 * Provide general administrative support including copying, scanning, proofreading, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed.
