Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with EDI transactions, ERP systems, and operational reporting. * Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools is a plus. * Experience supporting data quality, process improvement, or operational workflows. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required. ## Description WOWL is seeking a highly organized and analytical Data Operations Specialist to support daily supply chain and logistics operations through data management, exception resolution, process monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems, investigating operational discrepancies, monitoring critical workflows, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys solving problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operations & Exception Management * Monitor operational workflows, reports, and system-generated tasks to identify issues and exceptions. * Investigate and help resolve operational discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and process-related issues. * Track open items through resolution and ensure timely follow-up. * Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
