## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Virtualization?, A degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience and certifications.

 - A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support, with experience in some combination of networking, cybersecurity, server and data center technologies, Microsoft AD domain environments, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

 - Experience implementing and supporting data center technologies, Microsoft AD domain environments, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

 - Proven customer service and problem-solving skills working remotely and on site with customers.

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

## Description

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and security for our clients.

 - Install, configure, and support data center technologies.

 - Microsoft domain administration, and implementation and support of Microsoft 365 technologies and other cloud solutions.

 - Provide remote and on-site technical support to our clients.

 - Maintain knowledge and expertise by learning new and evolving technologies and by achieving appropriate industry and professional certifications.
