## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 5+ years in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment

 * 5+ years hands-on experience with:
 * Windows Server (AD, DNS, Group Policy)
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * Azure infrastructure
 * Experience with:
 * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VMs)
 * Backup and disaster recovery solutions
 * Microsoft security tools (Defender, compliance tools)
 * Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations (BitTitan, Datto, etc.)
 * Strong PowerShell scripting skills
 * Excellent troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills
 * Microsoft 365 or Azure certification (intermediate or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Advanced Microsoft certifications
 * Experience with:
 * Linux, SQL, or SAP
 * Cisco Duo, SonicWall, Fortinet
 * ConnectWise or similar tools
 * Bilingual (English / French), * Have you independently led implementation or migration projects (e.g., Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, Azure deployments)?

Experience:

 * working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment: 5 years (Preferred)
 * administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments: 5 years (Preferred)

Nuvollo is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead complex infrastructure and cloud deployments across client environments.This is a client-facing, senior technical role focused on designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact projects, resolve advanced technical issues, and elevate overall service quality., * Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex escalations

 * Design and implement Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions
 * Configure and manage:
 * Azure infrastructure and virtual machines
 * Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
 * Identity & access (Azure AD, authentication, security controls)
 * Administer Windows Server environments:
 * Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, replication, RDS
 * Manage infrastructure:
 * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
 * Storage (SAN/NAS), backup, disaster recovery
 * Implement security and compliance tools (Microsoft Defender, Purview)
 * Troubleshoot system, network, and performance issues
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
 * Provide remote and onsite client support
 * Create and maintain technical documentation
 * Automate tasks using PowerShell
 * Mentor junior team members
 * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
