Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The individual should have experience in all phases of user experience design: discovery (competitive research, analytics, interviews, etc.), wireframe design, prototyping, user testing, interactive design & creative direction, QA & deployment. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities. ## Description The UX/UI Designer I will be responsible for creating visually striking, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces. This resource will work in a team environment to transform complex concepts into simple, elegant, and approachable experiences, services, and products. The designer will work closely with Business Leaders, Graphic Designers, Software Engineers, and QA resources through the complete systems development life cycle. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
