 * Office Equipment: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation, Adobe Express, Premiere, Photoshop and Lightroom, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams
 * Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
 * Creative Skills: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media strategies
 * SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles
 * Photography and Drone: Intermediate photography skills; drone experience or willingness to learn

Physical Conditions:

 * Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas

## Description

* Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
 * Account Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
 * Content Creation: Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content for social media.
 * Community Engagement: Build audience engagement through active interaction and content promotion
 * Collaboration: Partner with leadership and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
 * Analytics and Operational Support: Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Stay current with social media trends and support video production, including editing long- and short-form content.
