## Description

The Data Analyst I supports HopeHealth's analytics and reporting operations by collecting, validating, and organizing data that informs decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial areas of the organization. This position develops and maintains standard reports, assists in building dashboards, and ensures that data sources are accurate, consistent, and accessible., * Generate recurring and ad hoc reports from multiple systems to support departmental and organizational initiatives.

 * Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
 * Validate report data prior to distribution and summarize results for management review.
 * Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources using SQL or similar tools.
 * Document report logic, data sources, and processes for transparency and reproducibility.
 * Collaborate with leadership and other analysts to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
 * Maintain compliance with all data governance, confidentiality, and security standards.
 * Continue professional development through training, certifications, and relevant coursework.
