Work Environment & Physical Requirements * Work performed in active data center construction and operational environments (indoor and outdoor). * Must be able to walk job sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. * Required use of PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, boots, and hearing protection as needed. * Occasional regional travel between job sites. We're looking for a Data Center Quality, Safety, and Training Coordinator to support mission-critical data center projects by ensuring quality installations, safe job sites, and a well-trained workforce. In this role, you'll work closely with field leadership, technicians, and project teams to maintain compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. You'll play a key role in reinforcing operational excellence, documentation accuracy, and a culture of continuous improvement across data center operations. What You'll Do - Inspect Thoroughly. Train Effectively.
