## About the Role

Do you have experience in Security technology solutions implementations?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience in providing remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

 * Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
 * Experience in email administration, including configuration and maintenance of Office 365 environments.
 * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
 * Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

## Description

* Provide remote IT support to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
 * Document all troubleshooting steps taken to resolve issues, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.
 * Maintain and optimize computer systems and network environments to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
 * Maintain Windows Desktop OS and Windows Server OS
 * Oversee windows Patching and RMM alerts via RMM system
 * Perform firewall administration tasks, including configuration and management of SonicWall and Meraki.
 * Implement security measures to protect systems and data from potential threats.
 * Administer email systems, ensuring seamless communication channels for clients including Office 365 administration.
 * Create and maintain clear and organized IT documentation for reference and training purposes.
