Lead Functional design and development of Enhancements and Bug Fixes in SAP. Adhere to IT strategies, Departmental Goals and Objectives to meet business needs. Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and key users. Key areas for support include Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Payment Interfaces, End User Troubleshooting, Integration tools. Strong Organization and Communications skills required, * Execute Maintenance, Enhancement and Release Activities. Coordinate and direct contract workforce in the execution of these tasks. Have an excellent understanding of SAP FI, CO, MM, * Collaborate with IT and Business partners to gather and document business requirements, design solutions, develop, execute testing, and plan releases. * Resolve End User queries, issues/tickets; address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. Receive and document Enhancement requests * Manage various sized projects (small, medium) as assigned. Develop plans and time estimates, track progress to plans, communicate status, and escalate issues and risks on a timely basis. * Build working relationships with the various business partners in accounting and finance & controlling.
