## About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This is an on-site position that supports the organization's marketing and branding efforts by developing engaging visual content across print, digital, and social media channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to create marketing materials that align with brand standards, support business objectives, and effectively communicate the organization's message.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative designer who can manage multiple creative projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality marketing materials in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or Visual Communications; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

 * Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
 * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
 * Experience creating content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
 * Strong understanding of layout, design, typography, and visual communication principles.
 * Experience using project management or workflow tools is preferred.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills., * professional graphic design: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Design and develop print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, mailers, proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
 * Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, online marketing initiatives, and other communication channels.
 * Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand standards.
 * Create, schedule, and manage social media content to support marketing campaigns and audience engagement.
 * Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders to complete projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
 * Maintain consistency in branding and visual communication across all marketing materials.
