Responsible for championing the needs of the customer to the Product team and working with Product to prioritize the backlog from a business value perspective. * Translates business product goals and objectives into clear business requirements documents and partners with the Product Team to develop actionable product strategies. Collaborates with IT, Product and 3rd party tool support to ensure the tool's functionality aligns with business needs. * Leads training and system demos for all users. Leads end to end UAT and ticket support. * Responsible for the development of relevant test scripts and driving UAT activities, participates in scrum ceremonies, and supports change management activities (e.g. training, communications). * Ensures end users are well supported and IT tickets/root cause analysis are completed within department SLA's. First line of defense for escalation. * Implements data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of the item lifecycle tool and identify areas for improvement.
