## Description

Premium Trust LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Remote Operations & Client Coordination Assistant to support daily business operations for a growing home-services coordination company.

This role focuses on communication, scheduling, administrative organization, and contractor/client coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote, part-time position for applicants located in Georgia.

Responsibilities;

 * Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and text
 * Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
 * Assist with contractor communication and follow-ups
 * Organize digital files, estimates, invoices, and documents
 * Maintain accurate client and project records
 * Support onboarding and intake processes
 * Track project updates and communications
 * Help maintain professional client experience standards
