 * Optimize Smartsheet solutions for capacity planning, resource allocation, and portfolio reporting.
 * Architect customized Kanban and Scrum boards with WIP limits and velocity tracking metrics.
 * Implement Jira integrations with Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and ServiceNow.
 * Deliver "Train the Trainer" sessions and technical documentation to drive global platform adoption.
