· Ability to balance and meet competing priorities and tight deadlines

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient knowledge of legal terminology and procedures

 * Must have reliable transportation to run occasional off-site errands

Preferred Experience:

 * 2+ years of experience in level 1 IT Support, administrative legal support, and legal file clerk experience, * Associate (Preferred), * Level 1 IT Support: 2 years (Preferred)
 * administrative legal support: 2 years (Preferred)
 * Legal File Clerk: 2 years (Preferred)

## Description

Daily Tasks:

 * Performs general administrative tasks and IT support, such as photocopying and scanning documents
 * Files and organizes legal documents and correspondence in physical and/or electronic formats. Performs printing projects and bates stamping
 * Works with IT and Office Services to manage inventory of office supplies and IT equipment
 * Collects, labels, and organizes office documents, reports, and confidential records, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
 * Sorts and delivers incoming mail and collects and sends outgoing mail/FedEx/packages
 * Monitors and maintains general facilities such as conference rooms and kitchen areas
 * Assists with IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software
 * Coordinates with IT to resolve tech issues with computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
 * Assists with IT training and support to local office staff
