Do you have experience in Telecommunications network troubleshooting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * 10 years of experience with network routing protocols, design, and troubleshooting with network equipment providers.
 * Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python., * 2 years of experience leading the networking support strategy for a complex or novel product.
 * Experience with planning and designing large-scale networks across multiple sites and products.
 * Experience with real-time communications protocols such as WebRTC, QUIC, or MoQ.
 * Experience with traffic inspection environments and sensitive real-time systems.
 * Knowledge of video streaming and high-bandwidth media transport.

## Description

* Support Beam deployments by working directly with internal and external network admins to troubleshoot a variety of complex networking environments.
 * Influence the engineering roadmap by providing consultation on real-world networking considerations.
 * Drive the strategy for long-term support of customer networking needs, including defining our testing and documentation approach.
 * Provide consultation on tooling best practices and development.
 * Act as Beam's networking expert, providing consultation and education across the software organization.
