Training and Experience: * 1+ years' experience in the printing industry. * High School diploma or equivalent GED Physical Requirements: * Climbing - ascending and descending. * Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking. * Pushing, pulling, and using pushcart. * Lifting up to 50-75 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. ## Description CMC Group, located in Bowling Green, Ohio, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Production Team. This role is a great opportunity to become part of a stable, growing manufacturing organization that values teamwork, safety, and long-term careers., To operate computer controlled digital converting machinery, ensuring product quality and accuracy in all aspects of the production process, * Run all converting equipment keeping in line with high quality standards, minimal scrap, and acceptable productivity levels. * Laminate, varnish, and die-cut printed substrates, according to order specification. * Inspect all printed materials for quality and accuracy. * Troubleshoot the equipment and take the initiative to solve technical issues. * Inform Manager of key issues daily. * Set a good example for all employees by displaying an excellent work ethic, being a team member, and observing all company policies. * Assist with staging orders for next shift * Able to assist Digital Converting II operator with training if needed * Other abilities assigned by Management * To remain vigilant for/safeguard against sanitation, pest control and contamination concerns. * It is the responsibility of all team members to ensure product integrity. Product should be monitored for signs of contamination or quality defect and issues segregated and reported. * It is the responsibility of all team members to ensure process integrity.
